Next dayBoth the fridge and freezer had drifted warm overnight and the compressor wasn't running at all. After testing the sealed system we traced it to a failed linear compressor — a known weak point on these models. We fitted a genuine LG compressor, recharged the system, and confirmed it was holding temperature before we wrapped up the next day.

Same-dayA full tub of water and an OE error on the display — the washer would fill and wash but never drain. We found the drain pump jammed with debris and a partial clog further along the hose. Cleared both, ran a rinse-and-spin to confirm a clean drain, and had it back in service the same afternoon.

Same-dayPlates were still coated after a full cycle, with standing water sitting in the bottom. Regina's hard water had scaled up the QuadWash spray arms and filter, and the drain had grown sluggish. We descaled and cleared the arms and filter, flushed the drain line, and ran a hot cycle to confirm it drained clean and washed properly.
