Same-dayThe washer filled, washed and drained fine but never spun, so every load came out dripping. We found the shift actuator had failed, leaving the basket unable to engage for the spin. Replaced the actuator, ran a drain-and-spin to confirm it wound up to full speed, and the laundry was moving again the same day.

Same-dayThe motor would hum but the drum sat dead still, with a heavy thump when we turned it by hand. The drive belt had snapped and the drum support rollers were worn flat. We fitted a new belt and rollers, checked the tensioner, and ran a full cycle to make sure it turned smooth and quiet.

Next dayTwo burners lit fine, but the big Power burner just clicked without ever catching. The igniter had worn out and was sparking weakly, so the gas wasn't reaching ignition. We replaced the igniter, checked the others for the same wear, and confirmed every burner lit cleanly and held a steady flame.
