Warranty
At Queen City Appliance Repair, we stand behind the work we do. Every repair we carry out is covered by a 90-day warranty on both parts and labour. This page explains what that warranty covers, how long it lasts, and how to make a claim if you ever need to.
Our 90-day warranty applies to the specific repair we performed on your appliance. That includes:
If the same fault returns within the warranty period as a result of that work or those parts, we'll come back and put it right at no additional charge for parts or labour.
The warranty runs for 90 days from the date the repair was completed, as shown on your invoice. We recommend keeping your invoice or receipt — it confirms the work that was carried out and the date your coverage began.
Because the warranty applies to the specific repair we performed, it doesn't cover:
We fit quality, manufacturer-grade parts wherever possible. Some replacement parts also carry their own warranty from the parts manufacturer, which may run longer than our 90 days. Where that applies, we'll let you know and help you make use of it. Our warranty covers the repair itself; a manufacturer's own product or parts warranty is separate and governed by their terms.
If you think a repair we carried out hasn't held up, just call us at (639) 307-4467. Have your invoice or the details of the original repair handy so we can find your job quickly. We'll arrange a return visit, take a look, and put right anything covered by this warranty.
This warranty covers the repair we performed and is not a guarantee on the appliance as a whole or on its remaining lifespan. It is provided in addition to any rights you may have under applicable Saskatchewan and Canadian consumer protection law, and does not take those rights away.
