Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions set out how we work together when you use the Queen City Appliance Repair website or book a repair with us. By contacting us, booking a service, or using this website, you agree to these terms.
Queen City Appliance Repair is an independent appliance repair business based at 2075 Prince of Wales Dr Unit# 415 Regina, Saskatchewan S4V 3A3, Canada. You can reach us on (639) 307-4467, seven days a week.
We diagnose and repair domestic kitchen and laundry appliances — including fridges, freezers, washing machines, dryers, dishwashers, stoves, cooktops and ovens — in Regina and the surrounding area. Our services are subject to availability, the suitability of the appliance for repair, and whether the parts required can be sourced.
You can request a repair by phone or through the contact form on our website. We'll confirm the details and arrange a time with you. We usually work in appointment windows rather than exact times, and we ask that someone aged 18 or over is present to give us access and approve any work.
Wherever possible, we'll give you a price before any work begins, so you can decide whether to go ahead. Any quote is based on the information available and the fault as described; if the real problem turns out to be different once we've inspected the appliance, we'll talk it through and agree a revised price before continuing. Prices include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Unless we've agreed otherwise, payment is due on completion of the repair, and we'll provide an invoice for the work carried out. If a repair requires a special-order part, we may ask for a deposit before ordering it — see our Cancellation Policy for details.
We carry out repairs with reasonable care and skill, and use quality, manufacturer-grade parts wherever possible. Some appliances can't be repaired safely or economically; where that's the case, we'll explain the options so you can make an informed decision. Unless you ask otherwise, we may dispose of any faulty parts we remove.
The repairs we carry out are covered by our 90-day parts-and-labour warranty. Full details are on our Warranty page.
If you need to cancel or move an appointment, please see our Cancellation Policy for how that works and any costs that may apply.
To help us carry out your repair safely and on time, we ask that you:
We carry out our work with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any one repair is limited to the cost of that repair. We aren't responsible for pre-existing faults or wear, for the loss of food, contents or data resulting from an appliance fault, or for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that can't be limited or excluded under applicable Saskatchewan and Canadian law, including your statutory consumer rights.
